The phone call thing is also very common. Most people have it to some degree, but it varies heavily. I have to procrastinate phonecalls for days and then force myself to do it pretty often. I don’t know how unusual that is. It gets in the way of life in any case. When people I know call me I personally don’t mind as much though.

Can definitely relate to the struggle with the voice. I honestly really like your voice, but then again, I can relate. If I remember correctly, when I was, like, 4, I think, my voice suddenly dropped and became deeper than some of the other girls my age. From then on, for a while, I was then the one of the girls with a fairly deep voice, always very awkward-sounding. Around this age, I began to feel like it's extremely raspy, deep, and rambling-ish sounding. I slowly began to gain a bit of confidence for it, so much so that I even started using it for a song cover, but then I still often have that thought. Even despite that, people are still commenting on my voice, calling it cute, pretty, etc.

I also hate that! It feels like the toilet is judging your for not going fast enough or something. I've tried putting a paper towel over the sensor to keep if from detecting movement, but sometimes they aren't calibrated right and just start this eternal flushing cycle.

jaiden i am scared of loud flushing toilets too! and google said this Cold hands may be caused by simply being in a cold room or other chilly environment. Cold hands are often a sign that your body is trying to maintain its regular body temperature. True story: I utilized Jaiden's "finger guns" strategy back in March when I had coffee with a work colleague, just days before we would be going home to telework b/c of COVID. We awkwardly joked about how people aren't shaking hands, then I immediately thought of this video and popped out the finger guns. It was silly and stupid, but I don't regret it lol.
