Not sure what is going on with you, but I’ve got a chronic illness myself and the most important thing I’ve tried to do is give myself a lot of grace to be angry or scared, and mourn my past self who had energy and whose joints weren’t a whole heap of bullshit. And also, find a doctor(s) who you trust and who trusts you! Humans are amazingly resilient, and whatever is going on you can handle it. It may suck, and being able to find humor in it is so helpful, but you can handle it.
