As someone who is actually into all that spiritual woowoo stuff it makes me so peeved to see obscenely wealthy, privileged women who are only into it for the aesthetic tell people to "live to live not survive". Like yeah Gabbie I do practice mindfulness and gratitude in the 2 hour break I have in between my first and second job but not everyone gets to spend life smelling flowers. We would all love the option to spend our time doing things we actually enjoy instead of working multiple jobs and struggling to barely be able to not be homeless. In my experience, being disabled and super poor and interacting with others who are like that, the spiritual stuff and the mindfulness is to stay sane and mentally healthy. If we don't do it we end up in the mental hospital, I suspect if Gabbie doesn't do it she's maybe a little moody, though she probably just does it for the camera.

But then I don't do anything the other days because I'm always waiting to just feel naturally motivated. It's super inconsistent and disorienting!
@Garsnoos2 жыл бұрын
I’m not defending her in any way but we’re individuals and the way you experience your illness isn’t a global experience. It’s very dependent on the person. For example I have chronic migraine but migraines are different for everyone and so are the triggers and the reliefs. I would never compare my migraines to someone else’s. There are simply too many variables :)

cat tip! if your cat is chewing on cables, it's most likely a sign that you need to play with them more. kittens generally need 20-25 minutes of active playtime every day, & playtime should ideally simulate hunting :)
@Marianiki20022 жыл бұрын
Also though, remember that that is only an average amount of time. Kittens and cats vary significantly, just like people do and some are more active/playful than others. Really, stop playing with them when they tell you to stop (cats are pretty good at that, they'll leave or simply stop hunting whatever toy you've given them when they feel like they're done)
