Long story short: ended up over trained and somehow got injured over time. Still recovering from that. Dropped out of training after 8 weeks because of injuries. To everyone: this kind of training is no joke, it isn't only the mental game your body also has to be able to deal with this. This is a great informational video If we would have had someone giving us a straight no shitter like this more of us would have made it through. Keep up the good work you are really giving these kids the extra leg up in information they need to help them get in the right mind frame. The mental part is all on them . lol. 90% mental 10% physical. Good luck to all those going into BUD/S!

I have a quick question for Mr. Zweig I want to join the Army and currently 69 inches in height and 230. Had ankle surgery November 2nd 2018 and now good to go for running. Like to ship out this year and join before july 2020. I work full time and in college online fulltime. Friday Saturday and Sunday are my days off. Chicago native, Joined in 2017 11X medical Discharged for kidney problems and cleared that up and followed with ankle surgery that is healed as well. All that is left is to make weight at 190 to enlist. I Was 265 and dropped down to 186, horrible weight cut and want to lose weight correctly to pass OSUT. Thank you in advance Sir
