PlotwistInc They still get summoning sickness though because they changed controllers. A lot of gain control spells will say that the creatures they gain control of get haste until end of turn so you could attack or tap with them but Domineering Will does not.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think John would have drawn a bunch of cards as well. It puts copies of Cryptic onto the stack, each of which has the Bounce/Draw effect. So he would have drawn a lot of cards and likely had lands to play.

Yep, copy effects copy every effect the cards may have (if they were kicked or overloaded, for example), this includes modes chosen. He should have drawn as many cards as permanents bounced.

When you gain control of something with Domineering Will it is supposed to be summoning sick. Technically a creature is summoning sick unless you have controlled it since the last turn. That's why the red spells like Wrangle all say that they give the creature haste.

Twincasting a Nexus of Fate doesn't give you two extra turns. They made extra turns spells say, "after this one" so that you can't create two extra turns by copying the spell. So he essentially gave himself two turns at the same time by copying it, meaning one turn.

So at the time the Fated Blue card was being cast, Sphinx of Uthuun was an 0/3 with no abilities, so was the Disallow wasted on the Fated? BUT THAT RADIATE OMG I NOW NEED A COPY. Also, the three player handshake at the end was fantastic!

A little late to reply, but characteristics of a copy effect are actually applied before any stat-modifying or ability removing abilities. The two biggest corner cases are clones of clones and creature based clones with humility(or similar effect). If you try to clone a clone, both copy effects apply in the same layer, and so the follow timestamps oldest to newest. For humility and friends, the rules change (I believe around Ixalan) made their replacement effects affect things AS they entered the battlefield, so a Clone doesn't get a chance to choose a creature as it enters the battlefield. However, each card's copiable characteristics for cards like Fated Infatuation or Mirrorweave is what is printed on them and the copy token they make will have the characteristics of the chosen card before you account for the humility effect.

8:05 is very chaotic , did Jack sacrifices his lands or did he return them into hand ? it look like he cast Thoughts of Ruin=>Cryptic Command=>then pass priority , because his lands are still in the play , when he cast Cryptic Command , it would be different game if the stack was Thoughts of Ruin=>Cryptic Command=>Radiate , everyone would return all permanents , lands wouldn't be sacrificed , and John would Draw 41 cards 8:26 definitely John didn't draw 12cards with his copies of Cryptic Command (12x copied return permanent + draw a card , 1x original Cryptic Command , 13permanents in game ) yea yea this 2 were already commented 4:30 creatures have summoning sickness, and Domineering Will doesn't give haste 6:31 it is written on Ixidron that he turn down only non-token creatures , becuase tokens are not cards nor they have back side

Agreed, and if we could simply get more Natural Balance (that unfortunatly is green itself) type cards, we could counteract the ramp in a way that 1) dosnt make everyone booh at MLD and 2) dosnt rely on everyone agreeing to _just_ hurt the green ramp deck with a card like Bend or Break.
