Hi sisi, Thank you for the recipe. While the other door is in the fridge freezing, what do you do with the other one? Does it just stay in the pan until the other one is frozen, i assume it takes time to get it hard and cold.

It doesn't take long, it needs to get hard so that you can grate it. Watch the video so you can see what I did while the other dough is in the freezer.
