Im really jealous I bought one of these units in new harbour village in 2016, and the fixtures are terrible everything stops working. I had to do a complete renovation of my bathroom in February. I don't think that had they put much thought when they were building my property, only difference I see is that I get more land space at the back. The bathtub I got was very cheap, I had to remove it and turn bathroom into standing, the pipe mixture was also cheap, months after and they started falling off, it wasn't as sophisticated looking as this one, even this bathtub look nice like its ceramic or something. Alarm stop working few months after getting the property. For the kitchen now they bought a cheap kitchen sink that I had to change as well it started rusting, at least this one looks strong and bigger. I love the dark countertops in this property, not really a fan of the white cupboards, my countertop was a ugly looking cream colour. I know for sure that I will be removing the whole kitchen cupboard in my next project. At least when I starting doing addition to the back I will choose the best of the best for it.
