Love how you always use fresh coconut in your recipes. Too bad the stores here don't allow us to break the coconut before taking it home. Everytime when I buy one and take it home, it's spoiled. Total waste 😔. So sticking to my canned coconut milk is my best bet. So delish tho. Love your recipes ❤
