Ms. Debbie I just did tin mackerel run dung...I use can coconut milk....It didn't make such a good custard as the real deal...But it was good nonetheless.....I told my mom about you and she said to tell you God bless you and keep sharing cooking the real island way...

Always a pleasure Ms Debbie! Long time since I've had this. Must get my dry coconut and try it soon. I hate electric can openers too. If you ever had a restaurant in the states, it would be packed always. Between the good food and your awesome personality your business would thrive. God bless you and the family.

Auntie thanks for your Run Down or Dip and Fall Back recipe. I admire how you do your cooking, and love watching both channels. I notice a lot of Jamaicans don’t bother to use the Authentic annatto in meats, stews, etc. and even the Good ole Run Down with that orange color. Blessings keep giving us the good ole time Cooking.
