Ms. Debbie I just did tin mackerel run dung...I use can coconut milk....It didn't make such a good custard as the real deal...But it was good nonetheless.....I told my mom about you and she said to tell you God bless you and keep sharing cooking the real island way...

Love this recipe. It went really well. I didnt have any dry coconut but i used the grace coconut powder and did it the same way like you did and the custard started to form. It tasted awesome from now on thats how i will be cooking my tin mackerel.

Miss Debbie. All the way from Marietta, Georgia, Manners and respect. Certainly we wish the same to “Camera Girl”. We have so much love and admiration for all of your video productions. The organic delivery and authentic colorful style in which you present your recipes are priceless. I’m so thrilled to listen to your description. Don’t change a thing. For each negative remark you have, 10 positives will support you. You rep Jamaica the right way.

Always a pleasure Ms Debbie! Long time since I've had this. Must get my dry coconut and try it soon. I hate electric can openers too. Auntie thanks for your Run Down or Dip and Fall Back recipe. I admire how you do your cooking, and love watching both channels. I notice a lot of Jamaicans don’t bother to use the Authentic annatto in meats, stews, etc. and even the Good ole Run Down with that orange color. Blessings keep giving us the good ole time Cooking.
