I'll definitely have to do the nana/momma save up Christmas to us for this. Sleep I must have. Lol loving your videos lately. Thank you for being real I needed that sit down story . You go through life thinking no one understands or can relate and never talk until one day it's like some one opens your eyes and talks for you. I am in my 50s but again. Thank you. Tori

Diane, it is funny to me that you keep commenting this on all my videos. I *do not* have a nanny, farmhands, or tutors. I have shared *for years* that my husband has been home full-time since 2012. I *do* have folks who work for me online (from their computers in their own homes). But I *do not* have a nanny, farmhands or tutors.

One of my favorite things about you (there are SO MANY), is that you say “People may want…,” or “Folks might like…,” and I’m sure you inherently know this, but it’s such a wonderful and respectful to talk about your family. I was deeply moved by your video in the rented house about your dear and unattended childhood. I cried. You talk about your kiddos as equals, or people worth consideration. And it goes as deep as your amazing and constant labeling of them as equals (who you clearly love above all else). I have two Master’s degrees and get by in life, but not amazingly. You could teach me so much. My son died seven years ago when he was 15. My entire life shifted radically. So radically that I’m now a clinical mental health therapist. I did all of that since he died. I help people every day. Me? Eh. Not so good. You are almost like my therapy. I know I need to seek real therapy (because it’s a good thing, and I give it!). But please know that you have been a constant for me for YEARS. You have made me feel more comfortable with simply being alive. You convey love and truth and vulnerability in a way that almost no one does. It has kept me going all these sad years (I think they’re all going to be sad, but who am I in the midst of that? I have to be someone) I’ve written a lot. You may never read this. I’ve watched every one of your videos. Not because I’m also a Mama anymore, just because I really like you. You have a gift. I’m so glad you found a way to share it.
@JamerrillStewart2 жыл бұрын
Sweet friend, I read every word. I so very much appreciate you taking the time to write me. I’m also very humbled and appreciative of anything you can take from these videos that I make. I get a lot of joy from making these videos. And when I hear from you and others, it just confirms that somehow I’m on the right track and I should keep going with this type of sharing. Sometimes I wonder if maybe I shouldn’t. But again, I go back to the fact that I personally get joy out of making the videos and connecting with others, and I hear that other people enjoy the videos, too. I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of your child. It’s beautiful how you’ve moved into your career path. You’re doing a good job doing the next thing and continuing to move forward. I think that’s what many of us have to do. ❤️

God bless you, my heart goes out to you friend. I'm so, so sorry for your tragic loss. I cannot imagine the strength it took to get through every day of the last 7 years, let alone change your career and all that that entailed. I hope you DO seek therapy, you deserve to be living your best life when you give so much to others. Your darling boy would want the very best for you I'm certain. Oh and by the way - you will ALWAYS be a momma. Take care, much love from my heart to yours 💟

Jammeril, I am 80 years old and you cook like my momma did for us 6 kids. Use what you have! We also had gravy bread a lot. Tear apart the bread in a dish and cover it with gravy and that is a meal. I do enjoy you. Have a great day. Arlene

My Moma made that too. I have never come across any one else that has had it. I made it for my husband when we were first married and he asked me why I was trying to feed him kitchen scraps. LOL It turned out his Mom toasted all bread and cut it neatly. My Moma just tore the bread by hand or let us do our own. We only toasted bread for breakfast. I guess they were more sophisticated than we were. My Moma learned from my Grandma and Great-Grandma. They both cooked for their farm family. Great-grandma had 15 children. I think the point was to get food on the table as fast as possible because when you finished breakfast you moved right on to lunch,they called it dinner. The baked bread everyday.

My late-mom (3 kids), mom cook just the same way with my grandma (10 kids). She cooks many side dishes that my dad ask why cook so much variety dishes(more than 2 side dishes). She just used to have many siblings🤣. Some times she just serve gravy bread or simple egg sandwich. And we are fine.

Absolutely LOVE your kitchen! I have found that for my silverware drawer with insert to put silverware in, we needed to cut a small block of wood the distance from the back side of tray to the back of drawer, so that the tray of silverware didn't slide back in the drawer every time I opened and closed it. Works great and you don't see the block of wood. It might work for your tea drawer inserts too. Your heart must be singing to cook in such a wonderful place. I am happy for you all.

For stretching your area next to the sink across from your stove, I think a rolling stainless three tier kitchen cart would go in island side and probably tuck underneath the overhang when not using. I think would have to move the stool down just a little. Also of course… good hack to cover your fuse box is to get a picture to cover and install with a small piano hinge on one side. Thanks for showing your thought process!!!

Those big deep drawers are actually designed for pans, to allow you to stack them, they are called pan drawers on the listings when you design your kitchen. Looking at the difference in colour from your biscuits, your oven needs levelling, thats why one half are darker than the other half.

Your new mega kitchen is probably the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Even on HGTV, YES!!! I just wanted to tell you that there is a very nice woven soft plastic that is sold by the yard or foot, even scraps, that I get and cut into different sizes to set my pots or bowls on while mixing. This keeps them from sliding or scooting on the counter as I mix by hand or by cutting up on or mixing in them. Oh, my goodness! Your breakfast looKs SO delicious and I know it is! Enjoy! I was always the same way. The snacks in the pantry were for meals (and honestly weren't as healthy, cereals etc..), but there was always a bowl of apples, bananas, or oranges if they needed a snack that they didn't need to ask me to have. Convection has been a game changer for me, and I'm on a standard size range. Cooking multiple trays evenly without opening the door is awesome! Another trick I had in my non-convection range was a large unglazed tile (like a pizza stone) on the bottom rack. It would help keep the temperature more even when I was baking something delicate like popovers or macaroons.

What a dreamy kitchen! I love it. You made huge progress putting items away. My kitchen is half your size , but I love how it is laid out. Just bought a new fridge last week and I love it. It has water and ice dispenser and I am enjoying that. My old one was 35 years old and the ice dispenser was broken and it leaked water in the bottom. Beyond repairable, so hubby and I decided bye bye to the oldie but lasted a long time fridge and in with the new. I am so happy for you to be blessed with your new big country kitchen. I am looking forward to many more cooking videos from you. Now I have to go watch the tour of your new kitchen, since I missed that video. Much love and blessings to you and your family from Carla.

Jamerrill, I just realized in your videos lately you've been saying Praise the Lord and Pass the Chicken! You should add that saying on something in your new merch you've got now. I think it would sell good. Especially to us Southern Mamas! Also, the kitchen is absolutely amazing! I'm so glad you've finally gotten your well deserved dream kitchen! To answer your question I love the chicken picture!

I'm white, but I was born in Zimbabwe/Rhodesia. My dad moved to Africa after the second world war. He was born & brought up in Wales in the UK. He was a gunner in the Royal Air Force. My mom was born & raised in South Africa, but moved to Zimbabwe/Rhodesia & married my dad. My dad loved what the Welsh called, 'bubble & squeak'. It was left over mashed potato & cabbage, heated with a fried egg on top!! We also loved 'Welsh Rarebit' which was toast with a lovely creamy cheese sauce on top.

Oh Jamerrill, I’m in love with your new kitchen. We only have 4 children ( all grown). But I never had a refrigerator large enough it seemed. And the stove is a dream. Enjoy!!

🎶 Come together, right now, Mama Kitchen. 🎵( to the tune of “Come Together” by the Beatles.) You have made so many decisions from the beginning of the dream and now so many have been seen to fruition. It looks so beautiful! I can imagine the whole family is loving every inch of it. I’m so glad you have shared this with us. It truly has been something to look forward to and enjoy. 🍁🪴🍂

Upon accidentally coming onto Your Channel, I have been binging since Sunday. While listening to Your Stories and watching Your Channel. My Heart has been filled with Joy. In the meantime! I have shared with two of My Friends how Your Stories epitomizes why the Scriptures tell Us not to covet that which belongs to Our Neighbors or better Yet, have an opinion without knowing the Facts. Based on Your sharing. Both You and Your Family deserve everything for which You have been Blessed ?🙏🏾👃
