Movies like Justice League Unlimited, Superman and Batman Public Enemies and Superman/Batman Apocalypse showed how strong Superman and Batman friendship is. I also hope James Gunn gives as a Live action movie of Superman and Batman movie showing how close they are as friends. Superman and Batman are the greatest duos and they respect each other.
