Awesome video thank you. It's very helpful indeed. Gotta say that our much maligned Oct 2019 Fremont Model 3LR (dual motor) has done 120,000kms and hasn't skipped a beat. All door seals fine, chrome handles fine, zero leaks squeaks or rattles and even though it's done loads of kms in the Australian Outback dirt roads, it still looks fantastic. Even tyre wear has been incredibly even. I've had one $70 repair (mobile technician) to replace the driver's side window switch assembly, and a couple of parts replaced as recalls and that's it. I''m in South Australia so we don't suffer corrosion and leaks quite like you do in the UK. (like the weather is really nice here haha). It has been, and still is a brilliant car.

Thank you for your amazing in-depth analysis! I’m in the US and have admired Teslas without knowing much at all about these issues. I worked for GM for 30+ years before retiring in 2018 and always thought Tesla had somehow avoided many of these problems. I guess it was just a matter of time before they too would share some basic problems of legacy automakers.

Thanks for the heads up, We have 23000 on our Shanghai MYp here in Bangkok. We didn’t have any complaints when we picked it up new and it’s been so simple to own and drive daily. My wife and I are not gentle on the car so I will be looking at these suspension components for advanced wear. I did take the Trunk lid interior and rolled in some dynamat (sound proofing) on that awful piece of tin. When the heavy rain land on the top surface, say off of a roof line, it was incredible noisy. The made the car much more quiet over all that when I installed the presenting door handles and soft closing door latches, I added some additional sound proofing (just a little) to the doors. Now riding in someone else’s model Y is very different. I added about 8kilos to the weight of the car. And of course I installed the power frunk kit. The latching cable has broken after a year, so I ordered another from EVOffer and a spare for next year.

Giga Berlin is low on order and will be which means wait before you buy cause we expect to see another round of price cuts as we have already seen some. Usually inventory , but 8% or more can be nothing for some or much for you. They have laid off a lot of people in Berlin. Seems like they are cutting costs everywhere as seen with the super charger team that has been fired. Next time tesla wants to hire here they will face more challenges cause the reputation is not the best, payment is not comparable to others and it took ages to find the workforce they once had needed. People tend to quit quite often cause the american habits are not so much appreciated by the workers like not to talk outside of the factory about tesla. Even though they can not fire you by law they try to get you out. Simply wait cause we expect changes soon and they will need to get rid of the inventory soon. At the end it is always a risk to buy a tesla cause once paid and the week is over where you can turn it back in (which is here even longer) then a price cut of 5000 € will hit you hard cause you will have lost a lot on that day. Residual value will decrease overnight. Therefore the rental fleets have given up to deal with tesla at least here and the USA
