Ty james, ur really someone i look up too im 73 w kidney, lung failure! But it still diesnt stop me from working out yet! I do resistance training, dumbell, and bodyweight training! By the way i walked recently 10 miles in 113 degree heat! Field training!

I do kettlebells, as well as weighted exercises, and bodyweight training im 73 w kidney, lung failure!😂

@@MarkLevine-oc7vk Hey Mark. All the best. I actually bought my bands recently after I started following Men Of Action callisthenics. I am fortunate not to have any health issues. I will be in Apache Junction Arizona training in the heat now until November. Then I take my electric travel guitar to Mexico for 5 months. I want to use bands as a portable gym but I am new to and uneducated in band training. This channel offers a lot of solid help. I am looking at buying one of the programs offered, it’s less money than any regular weekly indulgence. Take care and rock that 73.

Hi James, Interesting move being that the calves are the most underappreciated muscle most people use a wood board to work their calves I am sure you would agree you need to extend your calves to get a good contraction.
