My favorite bit in this episode is how they keep mixing up the writer's apartment with his neighbors. And how in his last review he says "i woke up in my neighbor's bed with a head wound"

Very sneaky joke, love it when you can pick up on stuff when you rewatch lol
@blade3430 Жыл бұрын
They were 100% riffing those lines. The bloopers made me realize that so much of their bickering is just them coming up with stuff on the fly

I like that this is the second-and last-episode to not feature Frank after season 2. Really shows how good their chemistry is and how chaotic this entire fucking plot is that most don't even notice his absence until the end. To this day I'm not sure why he wasn't part of these two particular episodes o season 4 tho. Love how Corman wraps up the entire show in a neat little bow with one line on the newspaper:"The owners all deserve to rot in jail, though having to spend every day with each other in that violent establishment is a decidedly great punishmen".

Charlie is a force to be reckoned with! They all get so much more into their character as the series progresses. Philly wouldn’t stand a chance. If they were real, even the avengers wouldn’t be able to stop them if it was a marvel movie🤪 Good luck on your project. Get home safe.

Also, season five of Fargo is starting in two weeks. I would love so much to get your reaction to Noah Halle’s other mind blowing series that he made in between season two and four of Fargo. Which is the master piece “LEGION” I loved Fargo so much! But LEGION is a tear about it, especially as a filmmaker. Theirs things in that series I’ve never seen before. It’s a must watch Cheers

I feel like if Frank was there, there’s a good chance he would have stopped them, he’s a little more level headed. Or second, he may have bribed the guy outright since he has money. But if a Frank did get involved, it probably would have escalated for sure.

From what I understand, Charlie used the word Oriental correctly. Things are oriental ... people are not. People are Asian. That is what I was taught. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
@Blynat Жыл бұрын
Names for Rugs and flowers are still not PC even remotely. "Orientals" is still used for Lily's of a specific species and Rugs of specific design. People in the bird industry still call African Perot's just "Africans".... Some industries take a while to change the names of things or adjust the vernacular. It gets awkward sometimes...
@davidg5506 Жыл бұрын
Oriental just means eastern, as opposed to occidental (western). It's a perfectly acceptable descriptor.
