Never make a money tree with more than 10,000. That number is 100% odds to return money. Anything over 10,000 is going to be 30% odds of a return. So once you go past 10,000 you only get 30% odds to get the full money. You can safely plant 10,000 and make more money safely than risking the big 30% odds of a better return. This way 10,000 gets you 30,000 in full each time you get a tree. This is the safest way to invest. It only gets you gains. Your money will never go to waste.

What I do to make bells is when I go to a mystery island, if there is a part where the river connects to the sea, that’s where sturgeons spawn. Sturgeons are worth 10,000 bells each which is more than tarantulas I’m pretty sure. You have to make sure that there is one fish in the same part and the second fish that spawns there will always be a sturgeon.

I actually have a very cool tip. You don’t need that mystical random tarántula island. Instead, you can actually convert every single dodo island into a tarantula island. Is pretty easy actually. What you wanna do is use you nook ticket during the night, then, once you get to the island, ELIMINATE every SINGLE tree and flower. And I mean, chop down the trees with shovel and everything. And pick up every single flower. This way you maximize the possibilities of tarantulas spawning, since by doing that you eliminate a bunch of insects that only come out near trees or around flowers, like butterflies and bugs. It takes like 15 minutes to get the island ready, but it works perfectly. It requires patience, but then again, is there anything in this game that doesn’t?

Since the update the fastest way I earned bells was by deep sea diving. I recently got the game and I was able to pay my house off everyday i played because of deep sea diving. Just empty your pockets and put on a swim suit and dive then sell. There are 2 creatures in the ocean that sells for over 10k each.

Tip: with the new update empty out your inventory and just go into the ocean and get a full inventory of things in the ocean. Every single line you fill in your inventory is about 10,000 bells. I am literally out of debt because of this and btw I just got in debt so it’s a SUPER great way to earn bells

I went to Tarantula Island today and its barely my third day on animal crossing so I had no clue it was a rare thing or how much tarantulas sold for. They kept spawning and bit me over 15 times, I fainted all those times but I only caught four and got annoyed and went home. No one ever mentions diving 😭 while it can take a bit longer than fishing, but in my opinion, quicker than bug catching, most of the deep sea creatures sell for 1000+ bells, and you can go in the water with 100% empty pockets

I have a tip, go into the ocean and swim and get your inventory full of sea creatures. Then, sell them all (other than any pearls because you’ll need them in crafting.) Another thing you can do is dive. Pearls are rare, but they sell at 10,000 each one. Also, a lot of the fish sell in the thousands, especially the fast ones. All you have to do is save ~5000 bells for a swim suit, go to the beach, press A to go in the water, find bubbles, and press Y to dive.

I just plant some good amount of flower there and there , then i make a run looking for BIG butterfly (except the tiger butterfly) and orcihd mantis . Tarantula/Scorpion island does not appear before 7pm. Also, spawn behaviors are based on when you land on the island. So, if you land on the island before 7pm, tarantulas/scorpions will NOT begin spawning after 7pm. But, vice versa, if you arrive after 7pm, they won't stop spawning after 4am.

What I do for the tarantulas is I wait for them to put their bodies up then i hit my net on the ground so they charge at me and as soon as I'm able to i press A again and they run into the net

I think Diving for critters in the ocean is the best way to make a whole bunch of bells rather quick. The bubble spots re-spawn super fast and if you have a fully unlocked 'backpack' you can easily make 50,000+ with each full harvest trip out to sea. You can repeat this all day long if you want.

How I make bells; first, a bit of context. I’m stuck on a 3 star island, so I have no golden watering can, or the recipe for it, a streamer once came and watered my black rose field (it is the size of Texas this is not much of an exaggeration) and it started producing golden roses. Even after a few weeks it continued, might’ve been a glitch but I’m not complaining. It stopped at 8 and I still check the black roses for golden ones, out of habit. Now, let’s get on to what I actually do. I pick every single golden rose, and black rose (without my shovel), it comes up to a hefty profit when giving them to the nooklings! Note; currently breeding blue roses, they sell for the same price as golden ones, 1k bells, and are easier to breed. Highly suggest them if you don’t have 5 stars or the golden watering can. .w. Thank you for paying attention to my lengthy comment, I personally don’t do the stalk market but if any tips can be given than I would appreciate it! Also, any tips on getting bells? Grab all butterflies, cover your inner Island with your favourite flower. Just run around the inner island grabbing all butterflies, you can take the bugs of flowers too or you can scare them away. I dont know how long it takes this month, but last month I got about 2.2m in 10h or so of hadcore farming(sold to Flick). There is alot of cheaper butterflies in April. Sadly the emperor butterfly left this month, that was one of the main big bucks.

A good way to get bells (you'll need some nook miles) is to sell nook miles tickets. Each one is 10,000 bells each. So, if you are like me and save more nook miles than room to breathe, you may be making enough to maybe pay off that last bit of debt.

More ways: Furniture from trees. Each day there is two furniture items hidden in your trees. Its completely random which though, and carry a net in case you encounter wasps (they sell for 2,500 bells too though 🤑) Check your recycling bin in Resident Services. I once found a double door refrigerator worth 60,000 bells, so it can be a worthy task.

I started a farm of fruits. I collected all of them from friends and relatives so I made 6 farms ( Pears 🍐, Oranges 🍊, Apples 🍎, Coconuts 🥥, peaches 🍑, cherry 🍒). I started the farms on my mountains and planted 9 trees of each fruit. If I harvest all of them and sell them, I get 70,000 bells. I then time travel to a few days later when they are all regrown, boom another 70,000 bells

you guys could just deposit your bells into the deposit thing and sign out, then go to your settings and change the year up by like 40 years from today and go back and you’ll have more than you originally had. once you check how much bells you have, sign out again and go back to the year 2000, join again, leave and go back to the year like 2060 and you’ll have a million bells (if you deposit like 10k). the more you deposit the more you earn. My fave way to make bells is diving, absolute lowest sells for 500 bells (sea cucumbers, stars anenomes) but with an empty inventory you're pulling about 40 things in each run, and some items reach as high as 10,000 bells each (pearls and sea pigs) or more, so with that mixed bag I can make 45,00-100,000 bells in just a half hour, and its pretty easy to multitask, watch a show or something while I dive, sometimes the chase is a bit more engaging but its 100% more worth it than fishing for me

The quickest way I've found to make bells with the new update is to empty your pockets and then just go diving with the wetsuit, I usually pull up like 20,000 per dive at Nooks. I havent tried it with CJ yet, I keep resetting my island

TIP: once you get a good amount of bells about 10,000 or even 60,000, you can plant the money in a glowing hole, and then in a few days it will grow to be 3 times the amount you planted. I planted 60,000 and got 180,000. It’s literally amazing! Just repeat this every day and you can get a huge amount of bells. DISCLAIMER: i have only tried 60,000 bells, and it worked. But, one day i decided to plant 99,000 and was so excited to get 3 times that, but when the tree grew, it was only the equivalent to 30,000 bells. It frustrated me greatly so don’t make the same mistake I did! 😅

It's also really simple to catch wasp as well. All you have to do is make sure you have your net out while shaking trees and make sure nothing is on the ground around the trees and once a wasp nest falls your pc will turn to it and once the suprises action stops you need to not run away as the wasp are stationary for a split second before they chase you and you press the A button right as soon as you can.

Here’s my lil tip on money! So I use the Nook Miles ticket to go to a new island, and make sure my pockets are empty other than an axe, shovel, fishing rod, net, and the vaulting pole and ladder. Once I’m there I start demolishing that poor island, I cut down all the trees take all the fruit, catch any bugs, collect any weeds that are there, and once the island is bare, I fill the rest of my pockets with fish. Sometimes you get great islands and sometimes they can get kinda sparse, but I was able to pay off a lot of debt using this in about 3-4 days. Another plus is that while you’re at the island you earn a lot of Nook miles, so once you’re done selling you can repeat the process! Sorry this was long but I hope it helps someone ♡

Sucks for us though because the 'Scorpion' Island process doesn't work very well for us because crickets also spawn in the same spots. Crickets spawn almost 99% of the time on the ground and aren't affected by the removal of trees stumps and flowers. So getting a Scorpion is still incredibly rare. The north doesn't have crickets and the only 'ground' spawns are tarantulas meaning when everything is removed all spawns are Tarantulas.

About every two weeks my Nooks has shell arches as a premium item. I collect all my shells twice a day and craft the arches. They sell for just under 25,000. The first time I did that i had enough to make 60 arches and made 1.5 million. Now i can save up enough to sell maybe 10 which is good money. Always check what they are calling hot items. Some things take simple ingredients like weeds or wood. Harvesting on islands keeps you full of ingredients to craft.

If you wanna get a good price of bells and you're afraid of tarantula (yes, i know that tarantula's price is 8000 bells for each) then just wear your swim suit and become a swimmer and dive in! 😃😄 Some sea creatures have a great price! I'll put some price list (from sea creatures that I get and sell) : Spider Crab (hard to catch but worth it) : 12000 bells, Pearl : 10000 bells, Umbrella octopus , snow Crab : 6000 bells, Lobster : 4500 bells, Pearl oyster : 2800 bells, Mantis Shrimp : 2500 bells, Dungeness Crab : 1900 bells, Chambered Nautilus : 1800 bells, Firely Squid : 1400 bells, Sea Pinneapple : 1500 bells. Surely there're some sea creatures that I get , but I don't write it down since the price isn't that high. 😁😅 So if you wanna get some good bells, just be a swimmer 😃 and go dive in 😄 Have a good day good people 😃 Nb : all of those price I get it by selling directly to Tommy and Timmy at Nook's Cranny . Please be aware to never sell those sea creatures that you get to the store's drop off box because you'll get lower price than usual. Don't advise people to bury 30k. 30% chance (confirmed from data mines) of getting 90k and 70% chance of getting 30k. This means that let's say you do this 10 days: you'll make 60k profit roughly 3 days and 0 profit the remaining 7 days ~ expected value of 180k profit on average (over many many days it will converge to this rate). Compare this to putting 10k everyday which is 20k profit everyday which is 200k profit.

something new I realized is that you can go on to the animal Crossing discord where everyone goes and basically on a Sunday just buy a bunch of turnips and you can go on to the discord and there's going to be at least one person who has an island where their turnips are like in the 400 or 500 Bell range then you just go on to a queu line to be able to go to the island and then sell them there. Selling sea creatures is a really good way to make money! All you need to do is get a swimsuit, empty your inventory into your house storage, and go in the ocean! Find bubbles coming from underwater the more the better. If there are a lot of them and there not moving it’s probably seaweed. The bubbles are sea creatures. Press y to go underwater. If the creature is fast that’s ok, the best way to catch them is to corner them. There’s a net so you don’t go to far, that’s where you want to corner them. Finally when your inventory is full go to Timmy or the drop of box and sell them! Pro tip: go to the nook stop and get inventory organization. This will give you another Inventory row!
