Just remember the following :
Do not use any rice or wheat / flour product
Do not use any roots or tubers in the vegetables
Use sprouts and salads for healthy snack options
Fish, meat and egg can be used but quantity should be managed carefully
Paneer and cheese can be used as veg protein source
Oil air fat can be safely used with total amount control
