I have to say you have kept me as fit as I could possibly be. I am recovering from Haglund's Deformity surgery on my left heel. I have not been able to run since 13Sept19. I found your videos on You Tube. Awesome! I never thought I could hurt so much doing Yoga. I am a Track n Field athlete and run 2 marathons a year. I know when I make my come back that I will be stronger than ever..FYI I watch one of your videos 5-7 days a week. Keep it going!

I love this video and do it once a week, as recommended. Usually along with one of your ab workouts. Love that it's tough but low impact on the knees. On that note, I'd love to see a cardio circuit that's less squat-heavy (risky for my tendonitis-prone knee) for the days I can't fit in a run to the gym but want to get my heart rate up! Thanks for all the work you put into your channel! I'm a big fan!

+Caroline Jordan It helped me with my knee issues as well. Thank you! Lifting weights for muscle gain made me ignore some of the smaller, "invisible" muscles and that caused pain. Could you make more videos on exercises that help prevent injuries?

My hip weak af, 15 reps in already feel the burns. Gotta work those hips, i do squat leg presses but why this exercise feels like harder for me is it normal?😂😂😂

These so called 'girly' exercises sorted out some serious injuries I had. I was always happy doing yoga etc, I don't care.
