I have reread the first HP book recently and agree so much with you, it feels much more when you are reading it as an adult rather than a child, it was just so special and I understood so much more...cannot wait to re-read the rest of the series :)

Prisoner of Azkaban was my fave as a kid and Lupin was my hero haha. I'm looking forward to re-reading and seeing if things are different for me too. :) Also congrats on 5000 subs! That's incredible, it's like literally just yesterday you were hitting 1000 lol.

I'm actually currently reading Order of the Phoenix. This is my first time reading the series (yeah I know - haven't even seen the movies). I love it so far (of course), and I think Prisoner was one of the best so far. I couldn't put it down for the last 100 pages with the time travelling part. My favourite book that I read in January would have to be The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros.

Harry Potter #3 is actually my favourite in the series :) A Monster Calls broke my heart so much, when I read it I was in a very similar situation as the main character and I never connected with a characters as much before in my life! Good to know that Howl's Moving Castle is different from the movie, I love the movie and can now properly prepare myself for reading the book one day :)

That's kind of how I felt about Howl's Moving Castle, that the book and the movie are so different that it's hard to compare them. I somehow read 16 books in January, which is definitely not normal for me, and yet my favorite one was still the very first one I read, and that was Outlander by Diana Gabaldon.

It's a fantasy-type book sort of Game of Thrones-esque but they're super super super good and have tons of interesting characters. It's from "The First Law" series. If you like acton-y fantasy I highly highly recommend them!

I've yet to read Howl's Moving Castle, but I absolutely love the film and all of Hayo Miyazaki's creation. Have you watched any other Studio Ghibli film?? And you cosplay?? Yaaaay! ^^ A Monster Calls is one of my favourite books. I can't wait for the film to come out! I have a wrap up on my channel if you'd like to check it out! :3

You've got a very soothing voice! Just a suggestion, including a short spoiler free blurb about the book's story before you tell us your opinion of the book would be more effective. I'm a new viewer on your channel and would love to watch more of your videos, but as a new viewer who hasn't read 2/4 of the books, I have no idea what they're about so I can't be interested in picking them up only based on your opinion. I have no interest in searching up the book either bc i don't know anything about it. So the only people that can connect with the video are those that already know the story of the books beforehand. I'm sure there are others as well who have not read some of the books, and it would also reinforce your opinion if you talked a bit about the book first. Just a suggestion! Some constructive criticism, I hope you don't take offence. Like I said, I would love to watch more of your videos and hear more about the books you read.

I completed nine books in January. I think that Persoplis was my favorite of the month. Many of the others were so so reads, and I disliked The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up, which was my book club read. I just do not like self-help books.

Prisoner of Azkaban has and always will be my favorite book of the whole series. Book 5 is my least favorite.

Order of the Phoenix is a big one. But yes Prisoner of Azkaban is fantastic. My personal favorite is Deathly Hallows :)
