The Nissan GT-R (Gran Turismo - Racing, model code: R35, Japanese: Nissan GT-R, Nissan GT-R) is a car manufactured by the Japanese brand Nissan since 2007. It has a 2+2 seating arrangement and is considered both a sports car and a grand tourer. The engine is mounted in the front and center and drives all four wheels. It is a successor to the Nissan Skyline GT-R, which is a high-speed derivative of the Nissan Skyline. This model was his sixth generation to bear the GT-R name, but is no longer part of the Skyline series.
The GT-R will be sold worldwide, unlike its predecessor, which was only sold in limited markets. Various improvements and updates were made to keep it competitive, and several special editions were also offered during its long production run. The car has been used in motorsport, winning championships in various GT3 race series, including the FIA ​​GT1 World Championship, Super GT and GT World Challenge, among others. It has received high praise from enthusiasts and automobile magazines. British car magazine Top Gear called it ``one of the greatest cars of any kind ever made'' due to its affordability, outstanding performance and practicality. it was done. Despite being one of the fastest production cars, it has won numerous prestigious awards, including the World Performance Car of the Year award.
In keeping with Nissan's intention to develop world-beating sports cars, the GT-R brand has been revived as part of the Nissan Revival Plan. Overall development began in 2000, after seven years of development and testing, in which he presented two concept models in 2001 and 2005. The production version of the GT-R was unveiled at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. The GT-R is a brand new car based on the PM platform and features innovative concepts and technologies such as advanced aerodynamics, VR38DETT engine, active suspension system and all-wheel drive system ATTESA E-TS Pro. This makes it the first rear-mounted independent vehicle with transaxle all-wheel drive. This is one of the first mass-produced cars to also feature a launch control and a dual clutch transmission. The entire body is made of steel, aluminum and carbon fiber. In 2009, it set a record for the fastest acceleration for a four-seater production car.
The GT-R is an entirely new model, different from the previous Skyline GT-R, and is not a high-speed version of the regular sedan. While there are some similarities, such as the distinctive four round taillights, ATTESA E-TS Pro all-wheel drive, and twin-turbo six-cylinder engine, the GT-R is very different. In particular, the GT-R omits his HICAS all-wheel steering system, which engineers believe is not compatible with advanced all-wheel drive and could affect the vehicle's performance. Because I realized that. It was equipped with a VR38DETT engine instead of the conventional in-line 6-cylinder engine RB26DETT Another continuity with the previous model is the chassis code. This car also retains its predecessor's nickname ``Godzilla,'' which was given to the R32 generation model by the Australian car magazine ``Wheels'' in 1989.
In 2000, at the request of CEO Carlos Ghosn, Nissan began reviving its iconic GT-R sports car model as part of the Nissan Revival Plan. Ghosn believed that the introduction of the halo car would increase public interest and enthusiasm for the then-struggling Nissan brand, and ultimately increase sales. Therefore, he required his GT-R to be a relatively affordable yet high-performance car that could compete with well-regarded sports cars from manufacturers such as Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari. From a design perspective, Ghosn wanted to maintain the characteristics of his predecessor. He considered this the signature design element of all his GT-R models. Development began in 2000, with numerous sketches created by Nissan designers from Japan, the United States, and Europe. Fifty of these designs ended up on the desk of then-Nissan design director Shiro Nakamura. Nakamura stressed that the design not only embodies the aesthetics of a modern sports car, but also needs to incorporate elements of Japanese culture and pay respect to the heritage of its predecessors. In 2001, Ghosn officially announced further development of the GT-R and unveiled the concept at the 200.

the current GTRs do not belong to the Skyline series, unfortunately they have absurd prices that is unjustifiable. Given yung prices ng classic skyline models nila ay highly inflated due to nostalgia and other factors pero itong price naman neto ay nako..

Nag agree ako doon sa kapag ata't ka tapos wala ka pa pera mag sumikap ka sa life at kapag malapit mo ng mabili yung dream car mo, "Ay! Wag nalang." Meron ka bigla realizations... tapos mag iiba mindset mo... Maganda magawan ito ng separate topic mala-pod-cast. To enhance at mapalalim ang pag iisip ng tao kung paano bumili ng sasakyan na hindi mo pag sisihan sa huli at paano ba ang tamang desisyon. Dami ko nakilala every 2 years pa-papalit-palit ng JDM secondhand cars. Hindi mapa-kali dami na na-sayang na pera palagi na sila nag aaway ng pamilya nya Etc. Butas ang Brief pero naka Nissan 370Z, Real talk yan. Ubos ang salapi sa sa-sakyan. Ako a-aminin ko wala ako pambili ng GTR dahil for me impossible na to buy e. haha lol. I rather choose to be practical in life e, and should i follow my dreams? Kahit Mazda RX-7 nalang? tapos engine swap palitan ko ng pa'ng E-Bike Engine barteya lang para less maintenance dahil hassle daw in maintain ang rotary e. de-joke lang. LOL Ganda ng topic, Yun specifications na sa Google yan any time... Pero yung kwentuhan behind the car and realizations and comparing the FEELS of the car while using it. "Yun ang gusto ko marinig" what it feels to used that monster etc. Keep up the momentum Kung-Fu Panda, You're the best man. APIR!
