ずーっと昔、岩崎のサンプルのCMに兄が出演したことがありました。寿司屋の板前さん役でした。その節は兄がお世話になりました。私はその当時まだ中学生くらいだったかな。この時食品サンプルの存在を知りました。リアルな作りに魅了され、作る工程が見たいと思っていたんですが、当時は動画もなかなか観れない時代、あれから40年やっとこの動画に巡り会えました😆感動してます。🙌🙌🙌

食品サンプルという作品自体は昔から大好きですが、食べられるものを型どりに使って無駄にしてしまうのは、あまり感心できないですね…… 毎日サンプル用に料理を作るよりかは無駄ではないのだろうけど、精密さの代償に何か大切なものを捨てているような気がしてなりません。リアリティでは劣ってしまうかもしれないけど、ロウで作る食品サンプルのほうが私は好感が持てますね……
