Oh, wow. This was delicious! Thanks for the recipe! Just one suggestion: don't spray disinfectant on your cutting board like that. Honestly, the disinfectant is worse for your body than anything else. Just wash with soap and water.

In that case, please increase the amount of seasoning by 1.5 times. It also tastes great cold, so you can use it as a sandwich for lunch!

If they young & slimmer, not so bitter. (Also, I think today even the bigger ones aren't so bitter. You used to have to salt and drain them, first.)
