@@Japanesefoodcraftsman I absolutely loved Nagaoka, and living in Japan. I was only 19 when I moved to Japan, and it changed my life, and helped me grow so much! I also met my wife who is from Tokamachi. Many of my friends still live in Nagaoka🥰

While I'd prefer dumplings made by hand, it's good to see they're still keeping in some tradition among the automation.

There appear to be only natural ingredients in the dumplings, all added by hand to the machines. I guess that is better than most of the manufactured food here in the US with at least a dozen chemical additions to everything.

3:26, un-labelled bottle, that's not good and should not exist in a food manufacturing facility. The contents of that bottle should be disposed of, not added to the food product.
