In the machine it seperates the spine from the two filet resulting in three pieces. 😊

This machine split the fish to 2 fillets and backbone. Of course you know 2 fillets bring to next process. Backbone is drop to blue basket it put under the machine.

But doesn’t serve the purpose as its government preferred to please their master US and release its radioactive waste water into the sea. Now most countries in Asian have banned and blocked Japanese seafoods into their countries for the safety of their citizens. Maybe they can export to their master US.
