What an amazing woman. She is an inspiration, she set out doing many different jobs, found a passion, came back to Japan in a remote location and started a business which seems to be thriving. Her marketing will continue to grow this business, I'm sure. The fact that she has a strong base and seems like a very caring family helps, I'm sure. Great story and hope there is a follow up story as well! The place she picked is also very beautiful and wish I was 26 again to visit.

What a most charming & dedicated lady from Saga prefecture. Her cooking, simple meals, but presented with such style, I could taste it! As a former chef I am super curious how well her business does and what her food cost are. Her burgers are $5 and frys are like $1 which when compared to American prices is amazing. Also the fact that she is doing it all solo is super impressive. That food truck is so cool. love it!

We tried her location in Scotland, back in '57, AFTER the war. Food was great, especially her Haggis Yakitori. We also feasted at her spot in New Jersey, back in '62, BEFORE the War. Loved the Kimchi-flavored pork roll. You're welcome. 😮😅😅
