Lex, I appreciate this interview and it was very interesting hearing Jared speak; HOWEVER, you did not challenge him on a single thing. I understand you are trying to develop trust so you can get Trump himself and even Putin on your show but if you can’t challenge ideas of your guest, then your not ready for that guest. Your ability to challenge the ideas of your guests in a civil and thought provoking way is what makes you so great but there was none of that here.

Mohammed bin Salman is the most extreme section. Unbelievable that he didn't challenge Jared at all on this one and it completely eradicated the possibility I'd take Kushner's word on anything. Agreed. I wish Lex had not played such softball and had asked why Jared, who seems to have such lofty ideals of peace and cooperation, supported Trump, who uses low-level tactics, incivility, divisiveness, violence innuendos, makes false accusations that the election was rigged, hoped Mike Pence would subvert the process, and is someone who betrays and humiliates people, including his own wife.

In 2014, I traveled to Israel during the war to gain a firsthand perspective, beyond media narratives. Kushner suggests that individuals who advocate for Palestinians may lack a comprehensive understanding of on-the-ground realities and should instead align with Israel. While the actions of Hamas are unequivocally reprehensible, it's essential to consider the broader geopolitical context not addressed in this podcast. While the assertions regarding Hamas and Gaza hold validity, there's an intricately linked issue in the West Bank where the treatment of Palestinians bears resemblance to an apartheid system. Engaging with staunch supporters of either Israel or Palestine often reveals biased viewpoints. Both parties bear responsibility in varying degrees. Regrettably, political and religious biases often hinder productive dialogue.

Including re-living their traumas, which resurfaced. It is very important to address it. It is a very difficult time, emotionally, for many people. Lex allowed him to spout nonsense without ever challenging him on anything. Just as an example, the Saudi deal, he allows Kushner to rattle on and on about how great he is, but never asks him why Bin Salman gave him the money when his own advisers said NO. And the entire interview is like that. Lex should avoid politics like the plague, because he's really bad at it. He is interviewing politicians as if they were scientists. Politicians are professional liars, manipulators and scammers while scientists deal with truth, you cannot use the same approach for both. The result is that Lex just gives liars a platform to present their manipulations with a positive slant. It does not allow us to know politicians better, it just allows them to spin more effectively.

Honestly I have totally changed my opinion of Jared Kushner I thought that because Trump was his father in law he gave him a job! Now I realize what a wonderful person and a very smart man he is! Talking about his father, going to jail, and how heartbroken he was, made me feel such pain for him! He is like President Trump. He left a comfortable lifestyle, a well paying job to work for the American people for free. I’ll bet not many Americans really even know these facts! Thank you Jared for working hard for mankind. I hope that you and Ivanka & your children have a wonderful life that you deserve. I also hope that President Trump gets into power and you can once again continue helping the middle east through your humanitarian and diplomatic ways!❤

Interesting interview, although I wish there had been more difficult questions asked related to some of the controversy Jared has been involved in. There was a lot of glossing over during the interview, and although it helped to portray part of what Jared stands for it also lacked a bit in nuance. There are several comments here talking about how Jared is clearheaded and well-spoken, which is true to an extent, but none of the topics were truly discussed in much depth. It's difficult to assess a person's true knowledge based on surface level discussions such as this, without even attempting to address any of the controversial topics he is a part of. Still, thanks for having him on, I definitely learned a few things.

I am shocked that nobody here seems to be upset about the fact that this interview was basically just a huge stage for Kushner to spill his claims to the audience without Lex challenging these by asking good questions... Why the F would this war have never had happened under a Trump administration??? It's exactly the same issue with the Netanyahu interview. As an Interviewer who is looking for truth (like Lex claims), you have the obligation to make sure both sides of the medal are being shown and that false claims are debunked. Which is not the case here. I am wondering if he is not asking uncomfortable questions because then, the guests would not agree to come. Don't get me wrong - I love Lex for his effort to bring all these people together to talk about important topics. But as soon as it's about politics, the stakes get higher and the facts behind claims made should be more elaborated.

Are you out of your mind? During Trump’s presidency, Iranian revenue from oil fell to record low, meaning that it lacks significant resources to supply weapons to foreign terrorist groups. On the other hand, because of his domestic woes, joe Biden loosened some hand cuffs which allowed Iranian oil revenue to reach record highs, and now they have the money to supply terrorists, what’s so hard to understand about this?

Lex is my favorite podcast, but I do agree in large part here with what you're saying..well said. I think Kushner's narrative about their attempt to invest in palestine could have been much more questioned, And seen more from the Palestinian side. Lex recently interviewed a palestinian journalist, though, who gave a completely opposite perspective, so I do think he's genuinely exemplifying how to hear all sides of the conflict.

As an Iranian living under harsh rule, I see the recent deadly Israel-Hamas conflict as a serious warning. Thousands died in this fight, showing how hatred spreads when unchecked. Yet, what we Iranians endure daily under our government's oppressive actions is even worse. Iran's regime also fuels conflicts like these abroad. It's crucial that the world steps in to promote peace and hold responsible parties accountable, not just in war zones but also within Iran. Our shared human rights should be everyone’s concern to prevent such horrors.

Thanks for your comment. I speak as an individual deeply affected by the situation in Iran. Over the past three years, over 1,000 people were hanged here for opposing the regime. Many minors have been arrested and subjected to horrific abuse. During protests, security forces aimed at people's eyes and genitals. We faced a near-total internet blackout for about 2 months to silence us. And as I write this, I have to stay anonymous for fear of arrest by the IRGC. The recent Israel-Hamas conflict is a reminder of how Iran's regime not only oppresses us Iranians but also fuels regional instability. I just hope by sharing this, more people will realize what's happening here and how it ties into the bigger picture. @@JakeNYC89

I grew up and lived in palestine "Ramallah" for 10 years. Me and my grandpa got turned back and refused entrance to Jerusalem to go visit the al-aqsa mosuqe a hand full of times. Jared claims they "Allow" all to go visit the mosque, but that's not 100% true. You request permission for entrance "which may take months". Once approved and if approved, you have to drive through multiple checkpoints. We would drive through them and finally reach the last one. Once we reached it, they would turn us back and deny our entrance. Yes they "Allow you" to go visit, but they make it complicated as %$#& and continously turn you back.

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh set of eyes. Why the hell didn’t Biden continue down this path? Obama admin foreign policy led to more wars. Trump admin foreign policy led to more peace. Biden admin foreign policy then brought us back to wars. This shouldn’t be so partisan. If something works for America, stick with it! Who cares who came up with the strategy? Leave politics for domestic issues and just do what’s right for America abroad. Most voters won’t give a damn which side gets credit so just do the right thing. No place for partisanship or ideology in foreign relations - the stakes are way too high.

I hope you get to open your eyes even wider, because the *West* has been under constant ideological attack since 2006, when Communist China started to pour millions and millions of dollars into our universities to pay off unsuspected deans and professors to slowly brainwashed young students into radical far left ideology, currently known as *WOKENESS.* On the other hand, Russia invests in millions of dollars fabricating and spreading the Kremlin’s propaganda of misinformation aimed at gullible conservative people who believe in their conspiracy theories, George Soros, Reptilian, QAnon, Pizza Gate, etc.. Russia and China’s goal is to destabilise *Western* democracies by creating two extreme opposite sides and make them fight among themselves to divide and conquered the *West.* Brexit was financed secretly by the Kremlin to weaken Britain and the European Union, same as Trumpism and the MAGA movement, another Russian hit, Vladimir wanted to manipulate gullible Trump into withdrawing the United States from *NATO,* so they could just roll at lighting speed into Kiev, but it backfired, that’s why China is been waiting on the sidelines and see what happens to Russia before they attempt a move into Taiwan. The Black Lives Matter movement is a Xi Jinping move to destroy Europe and America. Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Princeton and other important universities have been bought by Chinese interest to poison the minds our future professionals with Marxist ideas. They did the same to Israel, the Israelis had been arguing among each other over new laws, they were divided and distracted, and that’s how Hamas took advantage of their distraction and attacked. It’s okay and healthy to have our differences among Labor and Tories, Democrats and Republicans, but what’s not okay and quite dangerous is to hate each other over ideology cleverly imposed on us by Russia and China, they want the Western World politically divided, but united we stand a chance at any thing.
