I don't know how it's even possible, but country music can make me kinda nostalgic for a world I've never been and never seen. It calms down and gives a feeling of infinity of time as if our life is not so short at all. It gives me meaning and desire to keep living through this difficult time.🤗

notice they really soften his voice on this and made him sound like he can barely sing. so sad. the owners are so jealous they took the strength out of his voice and out of the song. its a great song and ALdean has a great strong voice but the powers that be were to scared to let it be heard. he sounds subdued here and voice lowered.

I remember 3 years ago when my mom was dieing in the hospital we had the Radio on in her room and this song came on and my dad sang it to her and tears just came rolling down her eyes .. that's when I realized how much they loved each other the look she gave him like she had no pain when she listened to him and the way he looked at her broke my heart you could see the love and also the sadness because he knew we were going to lose her ... still to this day it brakes my heart picturing it ... 😞

It's 2019 and I can't say that at my 43 years of age, I've liked Country music. Sorry, but it's the truth. I've listened to everything except country, jazz, or hard core rap. I love classical music as much as all sorts of Spanish and other English genres including rock and alternative rock, but fell in love with Jason Aldean! I tried listening to country on Pandora, but wasn't very fond. Of course, whenever I'd hear Jason Aldean on Pandora, I recognized his songs immediately. Perhaps because I've been listening to his KZbin videos over and over again! He has an extremely authentic voice and I'm hooked. I also have fallen in love with his songs because having been new to the city of North Las Vegas, Nevada, Jason had been performing in his concert during our mass shooting back in October 1st, 2017 when we had just moved here and when I had been teaching at the time! His songs helped many of us get through the tragic event that happened that night. His kindness is genuine and he's one, if not, the only and my favorite country singer ever!
This song is what made me get into country music! Love this song and have all sorts of respect for Jason Aldean.

I had a blast in a country cover band, fresh out of a divorce. This is the song I auditioned with and spent ten great years rolling through modern country tunes with them.

I used to live about a mile down an Old Mill Rd, right across the tracks, a perfect little place in the sticks. Missing when it felt like home.
