My journey with depression has been 43 years long. I also have chronic pain and muscle spasms. I know I will overcome and live peacefully and help others. I would say... don’t be hard on yourself which really means having SELF COMPASSION! Your body is doing it’s best, and anxiety and fear make your body work harder. It may take time, but you can do it!

Hello guys, I just wanted to stop in and say I’m having the absolute worst time in my life due to Health Anxiety. Every day I catastrophize about how I might go out and leave my loving family behind. I fear so many different things and the symptoms that I face change every couple-few weeks to something different. It might be something new, or something that I’ve dealt with before. The symptom can be present every waking moment of the day. It sucks… I know. We all need to re-train our brains to not react in fear to them especially if we’ve gotten checked and gotten reassurance. Guys… we can do this. It seems impossible but I and yourselves know it’s not. We CAN and WILL recover… there’s so many who have. I personally listen to Trey Jones and The Anxiety Guy. Super helpful especially on symptoms that many feel they are alone in feeling (Trey’s videos have a lot to do with a slew of symptoms unique to anxiety, you won’t want to miss that). As I see on other videos, the fact that you’re here shows that you care about your health and your life, since you have done this for yourselves listening to the video. Best of luck to you guys and anyone else who wanders upon this comment section.

"I see you, and I release you" has literally became one of my coping mechanisms I find myself saying this daily in my mind. For anyone doubting these recordings trust me the little bits and pieces you find yourself remembering to help you through you're day and in times of need they really are something great. I listen to various different recordings not just from Jason but this is one of those that I always come back to and is always in my playlist. I can't tell you how much it has helped me but I can say trust the process it may take a while it may not it depends on the person but they truly do help in more ways than you can imagine. Can I also say what lovely people we have in all of the comments section, thank you all for the kind words even those sink into the sub consciousness. So yes reading comments when you should be sleeping and listening to this do help also :) keep up the good work everyone we have got this we will get there. Remember tomorrow could be your best day. No more visits to the ER unless you like going there? Namaste 🙏

We can do hard things. Right now I am finishing my first day of my junior year in nursing school. I am feeling so overwhelmed and anxious about the coming semester. Balancing it with work, passing my classes, and trying to breathe are some of the thoughts racing through my mind. I don’t know how I am going to do it. But I am going to do it. Anyone reading this doubting themselves, thinking of the future, and being engulfed by the unknown and ‘what-if’s’; we can do hard things. This is temporary and what you are feeling will pass. I pray for everyone listening to this guided sleep meditation, desperately needing rest and recuperation. God feels our fears and worries. He is there with us all. Let it all go, release it all. Sending you love and comfort.

This was some of the best 45 minutes of my life!! I came upon accidentally. I went to sleep with a video before yours, just fell right asleep with a bedtime story and then I was accidentally awoken 3 hours later. After an hour of messing around on fb I looked at my KZbin and your video was next.... I wasn't experiencing anxiety at the moment but I've had a lot in recent months and years and figured "oh yeah let's relax and see". This is amazing. You are amazing. I'm so grateful. I could have stopped after the beginning story but then I layed in bed stretching and listening and feeling so good. I've haven't woken up that well in years!!! They've been hard years and you are now essential in my life. I'll support you in any way I can. Thank you.

Close your eyes and try to let those strong physical and emotional feelings run their course. You are not weak, you are strong. You will be okay and you will get through this troubling time. I know it’s been a month but if you’re like me you have anxiety on a daily basis. Breathe, and ground yourself, trace your fingers on your arms. Feel the floor beneath your feet. Feel the cool air flow through you as you slowly take a deep breathe and release it while contracting your stomach muscles. Picture your favorite memory. You will be okay, it takes time to master this but it helps you get through tough times.

I don't understand anxiety myself but I see how it affects her and I try to find ways to help her cope. Tonight, I pulled up KZbin and we found this video and listened together. She fell asleep before it it was 7 minutes in. Thanks again!

Thank.you.for believing her and finding ways to help her. My dad growing up didn't believe anxiety and depression were a thing. My sister's and I suffer from it, but my oldest sister has been suffering from it since she was little. My dad use to tell her she was crazy. Also thank you to these comments. I also listen to many of the mediations, not only do I suffer from anxiety and depression, I have chronic pain. These help SO much. I've been in panic mode all day with no relief, reading these comments has finally brought me comfort. Everyone single person who has shared. I love everyone. this too shall pass!

This is my favourite sleep meditation, I've listened to it so many times. The music makes me feel like it's ok to be sad even though the sadness inside me is like a neverending ocean. Always when I listen to this meditation, my inner child joins me. She is right there beside me and I am keeping her safe. One time she suddenly started smiling at me and it made me so happy I cried. She smiles more and more these days. I still have a long way to go but I know I am on the right path. Thank you.

I find it helps to not fight anxiety, it only makes it worse. Dont ignore it either, just accept it and let it be. Experience it and be curious about the experience. It may take some time but eventually it does fade. Experiencing this cycle actually helps me deal with each next cycle a little bit better. I hope this helps whoever is struggling and reading this.
