I have had none of the problems that he is talking about in this review. You can calibrate the band so that it's more accurate. Love the power nap feature! I wake up more refreshed and alert for my day. Overall it's an excellent product and a great reminder to stay active and healthy during every aspect of your day.

Btw, one more comment, at exactly 2:00, when you flipped the box around there is a sheet attached to the back of each box, that way you can measure your wrist without having to open the product, handy if you are not sure if you need a small, medium or large.

I guess a good test (although titus) would be to count your steps to say 50, and check both devices to see which is closer.

I use a Fitbit One. It is the newer version of the Ultra. Works beautifully. I trust it, and Jawbone have done nothing to convince me to trust their fitness tech.

Great review as usual. I'm not convinced in it. As you say it seems to have a number of faults and it isn't cheap plus the first version had faults and they still have faults......you would think they would do better second time around but clearly not. I think I would bet more interested in the review of the new product from fitbit. Thanks again for the review

i purchased the fitbit one day before yesterday and it fell out of its holder sometime yesterday and is gone :( bought the jawbone up yesterday and at least I will know if it falls off my wrist.
