I love Jay, his work ethic, his personality, his professionalism. Clearly what he does works for him. But if you break it down, so many of the things we are told about body building, he contradicts. He doesn't use full range of motion, he doesn't do slow eccentrics, and he uses lots of momentum. So either he has altered his training style for the cameras, to lift bigger weights to make it more showy, or none of those things we were advised to do really matter that much

Arg... It killed me watching him not season his food at all while he cooked it, and then dumping on a bunch of salt right before eating. If you season your food with salt before you cook it, it makes the flavor a lot better, layered, and more complex, in addition to requiring less actually sodium to get the same if not more flavor than salting too taste afterwords. I'm both a foodie and an amateur body builder, so when I see so many body builders preparing food like this it drives me crazy. If you're trying to limit your sodium intake, just season before you cook. Like I just said, you'll actually end up using and consuming less salt!
