HI BBY and welcome to what I eat in a week with college FINALS as a super busy healthy college student at UC Berkeley. So, you also get to see a week in my life as a college student! Also, if you watched this video you'll know that I'm moving to Hawaii or Italy in the Fall semester and the decision is SO tough so let me know in the comments which you think I should choose!

Vegan Mac & Cheese recipe:
-3 cups chopped potatoes
-2 large carrots
-1 large butternut squash, peeled
-1/2 onion
-enough water to cover veggies (reserve 1/4 cup to blend)
-1/2 cup soaked cashews (or a can of coconut milk)
-paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
-1 tsp mustard
-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Dice and boil the veggies for 30 min or until soft, then blend with the rest of the ingredients and 1/4 cup of the reserved water you used for boiling. Once it's smooth, serve with pasta or add to tacos!

I think Hawaii as for right now because it's closer to home, surf/beach town and closer to your school (I'm from Bay Area btw so come stop by and say hi!!) and I think Italy would be better for when your done with school and you could explore more!! ily

Honestly, I’d go to Italy. I’ve been there for a couple times and if I could, I would move there immediately. It’s something different and you would explore some new Italian/European places. I love snowboarding and winter sports so you would try this. AND YOU WOULD SEE AN AMAZING WINTER❤️

As an Italian and can proudly say, come here! Italy is full of different places, there are the beaches of Liguria (look for Cinque Terre or Celle Ligure. Also Varazze which is known for surfing), the moutains of Trentino Alto Adige and of course it 's full of beatiful cities like Genoa, Florence, and Rome as you said!! I feel like here it's extremely different from where you live now so you'll have to step out of your comfort zone (also Bc you'll have to learn Italian), but isn't It the Reason why you do it? And then, a lot of amazing food. Every Region has It's recipies and everything tastes amazing!! For this summer the restriction Bc of Covid will be a little less strict, I don't know how the situation is going to be in autumn. If you rent an apartment in a small city is going to cost you around 500 euros but you look for flatmates (especially in cities where there are universities). Exotic food (like avocado,coconut milk and mangoes) is pretty expensive here, but don't worry...more chances to taste our cousine! Sorry for the mistakes 😬 let me know if you have any questions! Italy! It'll be something so different for you, I think Hawaii is amazing but is too similar to Mexico if you're looking for a change. Also, from Italy you can go to so many other amazing countries in Europe, whereas Hawaii is kinda more isolated. I'm so excited to see what you choose, I'm sure either will be great for you! Hawaii or Italy? The question is so hard to answer. I've never been to Hawaii, but I think it is very nice. I think Hawaii could be similar to where you live now. But I've already been to Italy twice and I can tell you, Italy is so incredibly beautiful. And there is such delicious food :) I'm sure you will make the right decision and I can't wait to find out where you're going.😍

Go to Italy If possible, semester off school is a great opportunity to go wild like this 😄 As an European I can tell you it’s worth it, each country has something completely different to offer and you can get very very cheap flights if you try. Also, surfing is possible in France and Spain and I’m pretty sure it is possible in south Italy as well

Defo Italy girl!! I've been so many times in Italy and I never got tired of it. Especially, that you can travel around Europe and see how huge is the difference between cultures, architectures and ofc languages!!!! I don't wanna say anything but like Italy is the best place in Europe (especially places like Riva Del Garda or Como Lake) so go for it! I'm sure you will have chance to visit Hawaii, but imagine being a student in Italy and sit in a nice place for a coffee

here's my take... I can see you living a "Hawaii" lifestyle for the rest of your life, a small surf town. I think now Is the perfect time to travel to Italy, you are young and free and able to travel. Why not travel to Italy now and then come back home with all of your experiences and live in a surf town later in life!

OK, so we all know we love surfing and more the more tropical. But LIVING in Italy is probably once in a chance of a lifetime! The food, the environment, the people you'll meet, the bike strolls you'll take are things you'll do in Italy that I think that in somewhere else won't be the same. And I think its a whole different environment. It'll give you an opportunity to learn and adventure a new culture!

Aww Jaz I love your positive energy! :D Honestly it's a hard choice: Hawaii is a paradise and Italy is beautiful for other things (I'm from Milan). They are extremely different places but I feel like you should go to Italy because it's something REALLY different from what you're used to and it would really challenge you and make you grow as a person. Plus, it's more likely you'll go on holiday to Hawaii than Italy in a future, being Hawaii closer to you than Italy. Also, you would experience real winter, autumn vibes there and it's a perfect place for a food lover like you ;) Regardless of your choice, I'm sure it will be a great experience that will really shape your future so well done for making such a courageous decision! As an Italian, I would definitely recommend Italy - of course! But honestly, the country is so beautiful and you will eat the best food! The Italian cooking style is based on fresh, local, high-quality ingredients and the flavors they create are just so delicious!! Also its so easy to get to Austria, Switzerland, France or Kroatia (and many more countries)! So yes, I think you would have the best time in Italy!

Italy for sure! I've moved there while doing my masters and this was literally the best decision ever! Awesome people, best food in the world and you can travel around Europe for less than 20$ a flight (both ways!).

i am team Hawaii all the way. No place on earth is like it. Kona especially. One side is volcanic the other is rainforest, you decide what you are into. The smell is so different from anywhere else, no pollution. If you want extraordinary wildlife, to make friends with stray cats, to see a sky with the most stars at night, and the kindest people, Hawaii is for you. My family and i have such a strong connection with the islands, we would do anything to live there. Take your opportunity!

The wonderful thing about italy....well where should I start? The history of Italy is part of what basically shaped much of Europe, the people and the culture is so warm and welcoming, the countryside is beautiful, you have mountains, hills, the ocean (everything besides deserts, rainforests and the tundra lol) alongside that it's near many other countries so travelling isn't too pricy, for an example it's easy to travel to Croatia, France and switzerland etc. 👌 Those are just a few things however the decision is yours to chose where you want to go, either way will be amazing ❤️

I’ve only visited Italy once but I think you’d like it. It’s really easy to travel to other places in Europe and has very nice scenery. It should be easy to find some good food as long as you stay away from touristy spots.

OMG girl without no doubt go to Italy !!!! You'll fall in love with the dolce vita lifestyle, the people, the architecture, the food... It will completely change your habits and really make you discover a total new way of living I assure you ! Hawaii is also a really good place tho but it's really comparable as Los Cabos where you already live, living in Hawaii won't make you discover a lot of new thing bc de lifestyle there is practically the same of yours. As a French girl I swear that the European lifestyle is completely different of the Mexican lifestyle and you have to experiment that in your life you won't regret it and will remember it for the rest of your life !! (PS : Italian is the best language omg)
