Amazing moment showing how much people loves her.. Her fans knew she was experiencing a difficult time and wanted to cheer her up. They made a plan with the pianist to sing that song for her.. And they changed the words a little.. While Lara sing "je t'aimè" (I love you) they all together replied "oi t'aime" (we love you)❤ There is no more emotional performance in this world, plus Lara here showed all her vulnerability and sweetheart, letting her fan singing for her and making actually a duet sweetly.. That's a great humble artist, not a extravagant and bitchy superdiva..

Ce qui est magnifique aussi dans cette performance collective, c’est qu’à un moment où une partie des medias français reprochent à Lara Fabian de trop crier l’amour dans ses chansons, au premier degré et de facon répétitive et mielleuse, son public lui offre le cadeau de crier lui-même son refrain le plus célèbre pour permettre à sa chanteuse préférée de le murmuer à ses côtés avec delicatesse et nuances, afin en faisant ainsi mieux apparaître sa finesse et ses fragilités, de faire taire les critiques qui la méprisaient sans la connaître du haut d’un elitisme culturel jugeant a priori negasitevement toute sensiblerie perçue comme trop facile.

This is Lara's signature song in which she wrote the lyrics in 1997 (music by Rick Allison) and was released on her CD "Pure". During this concert it has been said Lara had been going through some personal issues; some say health, some mentioned lost of someone close and others say a resent breakup prior to this concert. Whatever the reason her fans got wind of something was wrong so her fans approached her pianist and management team to arrange a tribute by singing her song. When Lara sing Je T'aime ("I Love You") her fans some 7000+ would sing On T'aime (We Love You!). Her first words when she started to sing was "you caught me off guard!"... Lara was facing hard times , both on the personal (health, love betrayal and breakup) and professional (her progress blocked in the US by her own record company) sides. I've watched this many times and don't get me wrong I LOVE it, but I think it was staged. First clue, listen again to her comments before the song, they portend something unforgettable about to happen. And what random audience can sing like that? I figure there was at minimum a choir among the crowd to carry the tune, and possibly lyric sheets given out to patrons. And Lara is a great performer so the surprised reaction would be a snap for her.
