“We do not date off of potential, we date off of patterns.” I LOVE THAT!!
@sierramist19922 жыл бұрын
On the topic of boundaries, I heard it said that while you’re dating someone, keep in mind that they will potentially be someone else’s spouse. You should treat them in such a way that you could walk up to their future spouse and say “I took care of him/her for you”.

I really think it’s such a great thing to have someone who doesn’t sugar coat things and will just tell you how it is. It’s hard to hear but at the same time what you need to hear. Thank you ❤️

LOVED this!! Especially the part about knowing the Gospel and not punishing your partner for their past. I'm dating a man who definitely has a past. Shoot him and I have a past, lol. And he has done a complete 180 and changed old behaviors, etc. I still struggle with letting the past go. So that was a phenomenal reminder! You rock, gal!

I just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed your video(: & I wanted to know if you would be willing to run us through some examples of good questions to ask the person we’re talking to? Especially as the relationship has been going on for a while, I’ve often been curious about how to take conversations further for the sake of identifying if I would want to/should continue things.

this is great advice because the dating world is brutal especially being a Christian, I would Love if you make more videos about dating because I realize I make so many mistakes when it comes to the dating world

it was valuable to hear about having boundaries of respectfully declining/ searching for someone not playing games and also no yelling boundary!!! i am learning so much as Christian relationships are so different to the ones I'm used to in my family! :) thank you so much you're like a big sister (and so good at speaking btw!) xxxxox

Yes yes yes to all this! And the boundaries aspect 🙌🏻 you have to be so firm in your boundaries where they become your conviction. It makes for a relationship built on respect!

God bless you Jeanine, so much wisdom comes from you in this video. ❤️ I wish I heard this years ago when I did all those wrong things, put my eggs in one 🧺, and put my self worth in someone else. That scarcity mentality - there's no one else for me - is the real thing. Be careful people and don't let your own thoughts trick you to thinking "that's all I can get". Thanks Jeanine ✨

I absolutely agree with everything you said in this video especially as someone who initially didn’t set boundaries and ended up in an abusive relationship for 3 years. The more we work on our own selves, the better we attract, in this case, a better partner and a phenomenal relationship. There’s no such thing as the “right person” (to an extend) we have to become the right person first! You got this, I believe in you and invest into YOU! Best investment you can ever do is in yourself for your family, others, future and lives overall! 💯% back guarantee return on your investment! Have a great day! 🚀🎉❤️

Do you find it challenging when it comes to dating to weed through the “bad Christian men”. My friend goes to church and was seeing a “Christian man “ for a month and then discovered he was in a committed relationship with someone else ……
@JeanineAmapola2 жыл бұрын
That’s why you gotta give it time and ask good questions and not get too committed too early on. And don’t take it too personal. We will know good people by their fruit, and it seems he didn’t have much lol
