In this video I called the 3rd movement the wrong name, it is Twisting Left and Right. Start with 4 repetitions and work up to 8 or more as you get comfortable with the practice. Always use caution and do not overextend! This is FUN! Comments are welcome. I like this workout .. I use my broom stick. Is that ok ? Or needs a special QiGong stick? Does the sequence matter ??

Hi Mar, The best stick is your height or the length of your arms, the sequence helps your memory. I have another video in process that will explain more details about Stick Practice. J.
