..... Great restoration work ! ... I like the steel top and doors... I just bought a similar top with doors... Has the extra two narrow windows next to the center hatch window... And also has roll up door windows... Kelly huh? Well, mine no longer has the name tag, but was told it's a Meyers... Same company that still makes snow plows ... Oh, my Willy's Jeep is a 1965 ..... ..... Regards... 🇺🇸 ... 😁 .....

Wondering what product you used on the inside of the hard top? I’m currently restoring an 81 CJ 5 and pickup and a Myers hardtop. It’s just about to be painted and I want to line the inside to help with the tin sound people talk about and was just curious what you used and how It worked.

I painted the inside same as the ouside but for the headliner i used 1/4" luon and indoor outdoor carpeting with contact cement. The top is quiet but i wish i put something inside the doors when i had them apart they are kinda noisy with the window chains and stuff rattling around

jeep2003 - Question. I recently bought a hardtop for my cj5 like yours, and would love to know how you were able to access the inside to work on it (paint/roof etc). I've had it suspended on saw horses but they get in the way. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

mine is a Kelly top. the sides and back hatch unbolt from the top so i was able to work on it on sawhorses like that.

My father had one like this it was red I can still remember when he sold we were so sad I remember sitting behind the wheel and turning on the four way signal light I remember it lit red when it blinked. it was a sixty four or five would be a good guess I was like six I would love to find it and do it over.

i buy a cj7 86 for the same price the only have is the engine tramsmition all body in bad shape i have all most 1 year and 6 months working in my jeep meaby in two months is done. your jeep look realy nice

Are the sway bars OEM?

they are not. The front is from a golf cart and the rear I dont know. I just looked out at the junk yard for ones that would work. And they do work quite well.
