That looks really nice and much more beefy. I just bought the Barnes truss & inner sleeves kit to install in my Dana 30. I wish that you were in AZ so that I could get some help with this modification. 😄 Did you really need that many plugs for the sleeves? I had only planned on welding the ends plus drilling plugs 4 on the long & 2 on the short side.

While you're in there turn and re-weld the C's, give yourself some caster and a better front driveline angle.
