that spray foam holds water and will rust everything around it. if you absolutely have to use spray foam use the landscapers stuff or just use pool noodles like everybody else

Yup! I took out all that spray foam. Still leaks during a heavy rainstorm. Still haven’t totally solved my issue but it’s a lot better than before.

When you cut the cowl how did you seal it back up? My jeep is filled with water same spot
