Sorghum millet also known as bajra is very good for human body,so in this video i am sharing you healthy sorghum jeera cookies.
Ingredients Name Quantity req.
Sorghum Flour 100gm
Refined Flour 90gm
Cookies Margarine 80gm
Roasted Cumin seeds(whole jeera) 8gm
Baking Powder 1gm
Milk Powder 2.5 gm
Baking Soda 2gm
Water 40 gm
Powdered Sugar or Caster Sugar 50 gm
Salt 4gm
Liquid Lecithin 1.5gm
Ammonium Bicarbonate 2gm
METHODS:
1. Cream cookies margarine and powdered sugar together on a speed.
2. Collect sorghum flour, refined flour, milk powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix it together.
3. Start adding the dry ingredients in the mixture and fold it.
4. Add water and continue mixing.
5. Add roasted jeera, salt in the dough and mix it.
6. Mix Ammonia bi Carbonate and Lecithin in the water mixture. Mix well and finally the water mixture into the cookie dough.
7. Once the dough is ready, rest it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
8. Roll the cookie dough with a help of rolling pin and cut it with a cookie cutter.
