@@yourhasnain24ea mostly anyone can recomp …with beginners having the most benefits .keep in mind tho ull have to be atlest above 22% body fat cause below 15 is already pretty lean uk …..but tbh I’ll stick with the traditional bulk and cut how u look after recomp will depend on on your genetics too …..if ur a beginner and don’t care bout how u look right now for atlest a year or so I’ll suggest bulk and cut slowly that’s my opinion others may differ …..btw u can check out Saket Gokhale’s recomp vid or maybe Jeff nippard’s guide for a more scientific approach …atb on your journey

Brother, main bahut jayada patla dubla hoon, surplus calories pura krne ke liye main 200g soaked peanuts aur 200g sattu consume krta hoon jissey mujhe around 1900 calories milte hain aur 100g protein, kya yeh sahi hai kyunki maine suna hai ke 50g se jyadah protein per day khane se kidney kharab ho jata hai?

Breakfast: -Oats meal ( plain oats 1.5 scoop + apple + raisin+ almond + milk (half coup ) + sattu/protein+ kaaju + dal chini powder + any fruits -Warm Lemon water -Shilajeet Lunch : plain dal ( without tarka ) + 300 gm rice cooked + paneer bhurji 250 gm / egg( for non vegetarian) + green sallad Snacks : peanut butter + whole weat bread+ apple slice + dal chini powder + ginger tea or greed tea Dinner: 2 whole wheat roti with soya beans / chicken curry. It's in general, not specific! Eat healthy, Stay healthy 🤝

I went to the gym for 3months (at the time of commenting this), I went for 1.5hrs of workout and 15min of cycling. My body grew a little and my height increased and my overall muscle mass increased in the first 2months, but after the 3rd month nothing happend other than small strength increment, and found out that food controls everything so here i am finding my diet for the upcoming days.
