Wow! to do 80 minutes straight of continual home runs was phenomenal! I've heard most of these bits before in smaller pieces but I still laugh out loud because his delivery is so genius and natural. I have studied and performed some comedy and seen all the great comics of decades past until today. He has not gotten the recognition he deserves and he has also been through heroic personal and spiritual transformation that he should be really admired for💕

I can tell that's true by just observing His creations; things like giraffes, funny meerkats, how baby whales jump up in the ocean & play instinctively and how a bunch of puppies will nip at eachother & wrestle.... Laughter is a wonderful gift from God that allows us to get through the tougher times. It's a special gift for a person to be able to see the humor in everyday life & present that to others in a way that makes them bust out laughing.

Look up Dry Bar Comedy. It's a club in Utah that puts every comedians video up on KZbin and every performance is clean. The bar doesn't serve alcohol so all the crowds r respectful.

Jeff Allen, loved your show this afternoon on KZbin. You mentioned faith, so I wanted to write a few words. When Moses went thru the burning bush to spend 40 days and nights with the Almighty. Moses wrote down 631 laws and commandments, the food laws of what you can eat or not eat. The word ABIB, the beginning of His calendar and His new year, then the first Feast Passover and 7 more feasts.plus much, much more, like you go to heaven when you die. Easy way to stop it back then was to bite back - just once - and ask, "How do *you* like it?" No more biting. Falling? We used to ask if they hurt the floor when they fell - prevented a lot of crying, and prompted a lot of laughter.

Preach it Jeff,,,, you are so honest... your life is like my life. I have massive adhd. I learned how to play the guitar in a year. And people think I been playing for years and make money from playing guitar and I do not. It is because of the adhd. And I have no idea what they are thinking. I hated myself for years because of this. Because I do not fit in. I am a nobody, just someone sitting in a room one day and looking at a guitar and saying to myself, play it, the noise sounds wonderful, and I did. I thought I did. It sounded wonderful to me. The noise and movement of the sound. And I am a nobody, nothing. Someone who has been abused from the world from having adhd, Which I was told I am basically I am retarded. I hate saying that word. But that is what I have been told my whole life. I do not care no more. Because I found Jesus. And i feel love from him.

Until an email I received tis morning - perhaps that very same email with a little 5 minute sharing that went viral - have never saw a show by Jeff before now. As many of you have said, since Cosby I've not seen a "CLEAN" comic and agree Jeff Allen is refreshing AND so very funny. Hearing him share stories of living, stories most of us see but don't catch the humor until those stories are relived through a comic like Jeff's delivery has. As things turned out Cos wasn't the guy many to most of thought he was which is disappointing to say the least. Cos obviously was NOT a Christian for the majority of his life. We hope he makes amends, it's not too late. GOD is a loving GOD and in spite of all the sins, there's room for Cosby in Heaven.

I was remembering that in my 40s while swinging with my elementary age son. I brilliantly said, "Watch This!", & launched out of my swing at the high forward arc! The shock when I hit the ground vibrated from my feet, up my back and into the top of my head! Not what I remembered at ALL! I had shin splints for a month! And all my son could say was, "Why did you do that while you were old, Mom?" Kids. 🙄

Carol & Stephanie--- I live in a house designed for you- the problem I'm high 5ft numbers- perpetual backache from from bending down to work on my kitchen counters- just before they cram you into a booster seat, ask them to put me on a torture rack and stretch me back tall. 😀 Operate on my spine? Ortho says I might not live through it and besides he don't do it, would I mind going to the State Capital where maybe they could do something?
