This concert is on Showtime and I watched it last night. I couldn't pull myself away from the TV because I was so mesmerized. I gradutated HS in 1976 and their songs bring back so many good memories. They sound just as good now as they did 40+ years ago. Wish I was fortunate enough to have seen them in concert then or now!! LOVE THEM!!!!!!!

There are many top notch rock performers but very few are able to provide the Feel Good factor in so many of their songs, well, Jeff Lynne aka ELO does it in spades as so ably illustrated in this great new live performance. Saw Jeff and his ELO in Vancouver, BC in June last year. It will live on in my mind for a lifetime. Maybe the last big concert I attend.

I have seen ELO more than any other band, my first time I was 14 or 15 or something. Best seat was at the TIME tour. ALADDIN THEATRE FOR PERFORMING ARTS at Aladdin hotel and casino in Vegas sat front row orchestra pit, elbows on the stage, back when you could get that close. Got a drumstick that night, still have it.

I had the film on DVD and VHS and I got the soundtrack album on CD and it was the first album I heard of their which was not greatest hits my brother had it on tape elo on one side and Olivia Newton John on the other no soundtrack album attempt it before and since also the storyline has potential badly scripting dialogue and the male lead Michael beck also appear in one of my favourite Babylon five episodes
