Hmmm usually for these fried foods it’s a spicy sauce... or actually you can also grate some cucumbers and make like a cucumber chutney...

Looks delicious. I never made it this way before, they way you did it looks simple some ppl, but the leaves 🍁 in a lot of different directions, I not able with that lol, will try your way whenever I get the dasheen leaves
