I really enjoyed this workout. I’m trying to strengthen a bicep tendon injury, and this is perfect. Love the music, too. I added a march to the beat just for fun. I’ll be doing this one regularly!😊

Loved it! More arms please! I let my arms go during pandemic and bc there were too many bent over weight lifting moves which is so bad the the back and my back. Thank you Jenny! I'll continue to do these in between my Pilates and yoga days 💞

These make my arms stronger! But some of them- it’s not my arms so much; it hurts my wrists even with ace fingerless glove supports. Is there anythingelse I can do so I can get strong enough to get bigger weights? I do 3’s but my left shoulder has issues so on the lifting ones that one is 2. Wish had done this before having issues with my shoulders. Some of these excersizes I had to do with physical therapy when I had issues with shoulders and I couldn't even get dressed.
