I think them finding out that Oliver was turning against his own pack was implied when he went with the Guerreras and had one of their first moonlight rings. So it wasn't a big revelation moment, they just knew through that I'd say.

This was by far my fav villian from TO, the way they made Dahlia and the "She will come for us all" gives me chills all the time, truly the best villian of TO imo, she just had this thing about her that made it seem like no one, NO ONE can touch her and i love that bc the orignals are basically invincible, but this character just made it super super interesting! i know the hollow seemed literally unkillable in the show but i didnt like that story at all, they only made that story so it can end TO,
