Obviously everything looks amazing and I will make this soon, but that Avocado looked especially amazing to me. I wish we got avocados that good here in Germany, ours are very often already mushy or have fibers in them 😢 also I won't be able to get scotch bonnet here, how do they compare to habanero?

Habaneros are pretty close to Scotch Bonnet in a lot of ways, sometimes people mix them up so they will do...they might be a little less spicy though

Excellent. The only little bit of input I would say is, Salmon does need a lot of oil for frying as it is already fatty fish. But aside from that dish is looking SCRUMPTIOUS 😛😛

Do you use dark soy sauce? My jerk never comes out this color and I think that's why

I used a local brand of soya sauce, Fachoy Soya sauce, it's not labelled as dark soya but it's pretty dark

I want to make this... it looks too good not to. What kind of beer should I use? I'm not sure which one u mentioned. Also... I'm not into spicy foods (I know I know it's defeating the purpose of making jerk ANYTHING). I could handle a bit of spice what can I use thats not too too hot for me?

Red Stripe Beer is a Jamaican local brand, its one of the best beers but most lagers (Coors, Miller, American etc) will work Simply don't add any hot pepper or just use a little bit and you will be good!
