Just wanted to point out, the "one thousand paper cranes" section at 3:06:40 is a reference to a book based on a real story of a girl named Sadako who got radiation poisoning at twelve years old, as she was 2 when Hiroshima was bombed. She attempted to make one thousand paper cranes so she could make a wish to the gods to cure her, and her classmates and family all helped. She sadly passed away, making 644 paper cranes, and a statue of her has been built to honour her and all other children killed from the bombing of Hiroshima and the aftermath. The book meant a lot to me as a kid, as I found it in my school library by chance when I was roughly eight (I'm Australian btw) and it's a truly devastating event. The reference was very appreciated, if bittersweet.
