Gizmo will talk about an issue very important to him, and you'll find out where the Newcomers think you can get the best meals!

20 yrs ago we filled 20,000 gal pool with our house faucet. took few days. But hey the waters still there😊 Frozen over now with Maine temps. I really can’t see why anyone at TV’s would want the maintenace of their own pool. With the many beautiful pools TV’s provide. LOVED the pics at end. Beautiful family, such blessings. I took the $99 lifestyle visit in 2017, Bargain Shoppers rule! It was hot! But The Villages are beautiful any time of the year! I loved it and I am coming back to visit with a friend who is going to take her lifestyle visit as soon as she can. Hi Gizmo!

We put in a pool at our last Home, 12,000 gallons. Our water bill only went up $20 to fill it in the year 2000 and it took one day. I was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful family photos, thank you for sharing! No storage in our 55+ community home either, and our kids didn't want all our photos, albums, framed pictures either, it's a real problem! Start Thinning out while your young, it'll make life easier! It was a nightmare for me to Purge a lifetime of our "Stuff" yikes!! Love the Survivor Chips 😂

I’ve begun digitizing my photos. It takes a while, but you get a trip down memory lane as you do it. Then I can use them as screensavers or display them on a rotating basis on a digital frame. The benefit is that I see them, instead of having them stuck away in a bin.

When I did the lifestyle visit, I did it for $99.00 a night also for 7 days. After that visit I was hooked! I knew there was no other place I wanted to retire to but The Villages! My home is vinyl sided and it's no problem! I have termite protection and power wash it twice a year. Five years later, no hurricane damage so far. I'm a happy camper! 😀 Love your beautiful pictures! It was great seeing your Family! I love Lopez Legacy and have frequented there quite a lot. The other ones I've enjoyed are Arnold Palmer's and Cane Garden. On Long Island I Used a lady that had a business called "Critter Sitter" and when I made my yearly trips to Florida for a week she would come to my home and feed my cat twice a day, clean the litter pan, water my plants, feed my fish and take in my mail! Now that I'm in the Villages, my neighbor across the street from me who use to work for a vet will look after my cat if I take a trip for more than a couple of days. It's less stress on your pet if they don't have to change atmospheres, IMO. Thanks for another great Mailbag Monday! ❤

Just an fyi some HVAC systems thermostats do not need you to switch from a/c to heat, you set ur threshold temps & it turns on whatever you need. We have a Nest system & love it, can also adjust it remotely.

Awesome family photos! For all of our photos, slides, videos, 8mm, we sent them to a service to have them all digitized. When we received them back, we made multiple copies to store off to prevent from losing any or all. Those pictures we love most, we do have actual prints of on the foyer wall. We spend a little time each month looking back at our digital archive on the big television in our living room. Good way to spend time with my bride. Of course, it reminds her of places she wants to go visit and then tell me we are going to take a trip. No discussion, I am just told when I need to have my bag packed. Its all good!

My mother-in-law kept my husband’s senior picture hung in her living room until she died. It was the largest canvas portrait that she could buy (he was an only child)!

I think here in Ga they discount you meter usage to fill a pool without an sewage usage and credit you on sewage IF you have to completely empty it for some reason. You have to call them first though.
