Hull's stride looks so smooth, damn. Also nice to see Craig back on the track. Love the raw nature of these training vids as always.

Great training. Three cheers for the guys. When I ran the NYC marathon in the 90’s men ran alongside the elite female runners. They couldn’t stay out of their way. Women didn’t have any pace setters. In this session the pace setter gave a great lead to Jessica. Just what she needed to reach a little beyond herself.

So Coach Pete can time when they start a rep. Arms dropped and starts running the rep (splitting his own stopwatch at the same time). Seen regularly in American groups (HS and college) from the lead runner, sometimes seems to be a habit/quirk that individuals pick up and stick to. Definitely helps if you try to time a group across the infield (e.g. 300m reps etc).
