Women’s logic is so convoluted and confusing. I understand and kind of agree with what Jessica is saying, but in the end, it usually feels like a tired and draining game to make women feel comfortable that further confuses us men. As an example, j get the “let some time pass before you reply to her text”, but if I’m sitting here and can carve out ten seconds of my day to reply, why wouldn’t I? To me, that shows being in control of your day and responding accordingly. The fact that it makes me come across as thirsty or too caring makes zero sense to me. I get it, but my life can be fulfilling, busy, and simultaneously, managed enough to make time to communicate how I feel in a timely fashion. As a man, I feel like I should be so in control of my life and affairs that my availability is open because I’m in control, but having to intentionally become more aloof when I have availability is juvenile to me. I’m a good looking, confident man so my perspective is my own, but I’d much rather pursue semi reciprocity than playing like I’m busy when I can make time just to appease a woman. So nonsensical to me, but I get it - to a point, but I’d rather focus on those who can communicate their desires and needs somewhat clearly than anything else.
