De-stress with this 30 minute calming yoga routine that includes gentle and simple full body stretches for relaxation. Each pose is held for around 2 minutes to give time for the body and mind to slow down, and to help reduce cortisol levels.
Bring a pillow and/or block to this session, if you have them. No worries if not.

Honestly recommend this to anyone suffering from anxiety. Sometimes all we really need is a self-loving practice like this to relieve us from all the stress and tensions we feel in our body. Thank you so much for this!

After 100s of yoga videos, this is absolutely the most relaxing one with all of my favorite stretches. Never knew I could get so much out of yoga with only 5 or 6 poses. Needed this so much tonight!

Thank you so much, I haven't stretched for a long time and this was just what I needed I cried at the end! I love being able to stay in a pose for a while and really sink into it, the whole video and your voice is really soothing and I appreciate the reminders to stay aware of my body, especially the reminder to unclench my jaw as I hold a lot of tension there. Will definitely be my go to video 🥰

Jessica, I always end up going back to your relaxing, restorative sessions whenever I have trouble sleeping in the middle of the night. It puts me right back in a relaxed mindset ready to snuggle back into the covers. Your soothing voice and techniques put me at ease, and I hope that you keep making these wonderful videos. Today was a terrible day, watched the news and saw what happened today in Washington and my heart just broke, cried non stop for hours and my anxiety and stress just went to the roof. You have no idea how much this helped me to get get out of that dark place I was mentally and being able to breath again. Thank you 🙏🏼🤍

Wonderful ... exactly what I needed. I'm an ex-ballet dancer who hasn't been exercising or stretching enough and this was so gentle and yet energizing and yet relaxing!
