Hi Jessica- I would love if you made more "intermediate workout" videos of this length. This is the perfect "difficulty" level for me and I'd love to have more 20 minute routines to do with you! Thanks.

I spend most of my time sittnig infront a computer and then go on long hikes but that doesnt seem to help with the issues i gett from sitting too much, but these really do, so thank you, and the format is perfect and easy to follow along which make a difference.

This is definitely harder than the beginners, especially the plank position. However i do love how it makes me feel. I feel stronger and better, gonna keep doing this for another week until i get used to it. Thank you for making this video!!

You're absolutely phenomenal at this. I've taken classes and viewed Pilates workouts that irked me, not because of the exercises, but because the teachers were often a bit condescending. You bring yourself down to the viewer's level, and that really is admirable as well as comforting.

i’m 6”1 250+ and i came in with the stigma on this probably most males have and i will tell you this worked me in a way i can’t explain and i absolutely love it. i have been regularly doing your workouts and i just went to intermediate and i’m falling in love with this.

Very nice workout. I had foot surgery recently, so I can’t do weight-bearing exercise. This is perfect for me, and I appreciate that you mention modifications, as I can’t do planks on my toes at the moment. Thanks for posting this and good luck with your channel.

I currently have to let my gym membership go. My aunt lost 15 pounds doing pilates at home. So I thought I'd try. Gym is fun but need to tone up a little more. Definitely enjoyed your workout. The crunch kicked my butt especially holding it halfway 😂

Honestly I wouldn't do anything that causes the pain and symptoms - your sciatic nerve will let you know if it doesn't like it ;)

Hey, is it normal to have hip pain during the side planking? I do this workout on a yoga mat on a hardwood floor and it feels as though my hips are too bony and they hurt a lot side planking :(

IT's not "normal" necessarily but very common. Many times it can go away with time as you strengthen but I always recommend seeing a physical therapist if it's causing you pain!

I've used Pilates videos in the past where on the side leg series the legs are brought to the front corner of the mat. Is there a reason you didn't for these side leg movements?

Also, in the side work, I feel a strong pressure/pain in the side of my upper legs on the floor. It's like I'm pushing into a small rock.

You an do them either way! If you bring both legs forward to the front corner it gives you mild stability. When you bend your knees it is easier and gives more stability. Your choice!
